I just saw a post pulled talking about freerepublic's user terms and saying they were a joke. They were talking about free speech and saying ideas were not allowed here that were not conservative. I've seen many non-conservative ideas stated here. Sure they may get attacked, but c'mon you are asking for it...this is a conservative site! Sure there are rules, but it would be chaos otherwise. Just like the terms of agreement state: This is not a chat room! So we like to refrain from obscenities, and name calling here! It's hard to understand why the dims think that is so bad! This whole "free speech" misinterpretation makes me sick. Censorship has been labled so negative, but it has its place.
Scarborough is not seperating the difference between forums and bloggs.
Well, I'd like to say that we're lilly white in that regard, but I've seen otherwise. In fact, I'm having to be very careful tailoring the language if this very message so as to possibly avoid getting "cyber-whacked".
It's kinda like talking on the phone these days and having that feeling that you'd better not say anything critical of the government. (Does anybody else have that feeling?)
