This (libraries and book stores) is another area that the libs have systematically infiltrated and taken over, like the Universities...I have had this discussion with my local library and stores as well...for over 20 years. Their thinly veiled rationale is parroted every time.

They don't call it "discrimination"...They even refused to stock a book of my cousins (a very informative and humorous book about the lobster industry vs the gov't bureaucrats,) because he is also a conservative columnist!

I, also, have been writing a column for 16 years - but the papers have long been taken over by socialists (one editor proudly announce that he is "an avowed Marxist.") and I am now restricted to "nostalgia" pieces!.

The B & N store I mentioned before did have Ann C, Hannity, etc - but I had to ask for them and they were BEHIND the sales counter - where shoppers had no access! (Took a photo of that too ;o) )

We do have MR. Paperback in my own area - and they actually carry Ann.C, Bill O. etc.

But thanks to the advent of the Internet, we can now get "our" books - used to be, we had to get them thru' an 'underground' distribution system. Unreal.But we are gaining, n'est pas?

OReily's ratings must be tanking but then everyone else's ratings must be tanking too. OReily has no competition. If a true conservative host was to be put opposite OReily, he would be gone. A REAL host not some fake, or loudmouth.
