Allies Move in on Top Terrorist [Zarqawi]
The Observer ^ | Sunday February 13, 2005 | Peter Beaumont

Iraq's most wanted terrorist, the Jordanian militant Abu Musab al-Zarqawi, is hiding out in the northern Iraqi city of Kirkuk after fleeing from Mosul, according to police sources.

The claim comes barely days after the Iraq's interim government said that it was close to catching the jihadist, whose group has been behind the beheadings of foreign hostages, including Briton Kenneth Bigley, and suicide bombings.

'He came to Kirkuk from Mosul,' a source in the Kirkuk police department told Reuters yesterday, speaking anonymously. 'There's a possibility that he might be captured at any moment.'

Wrap his head with Susan Sarandons underwear and parade him through Mosul.

I winced when I read that and I'm for death by pinprick.

Libs freak out over underwear on a persons head but had no problem with Bj's in the White House. And Bush should appoint Hitlery to the task of building abortion clinics in Saudi Arabia, just for kicks.

I STILL want to know if ANYONE has the face of the alien on the OLD original Star Trek when the show ends and is done showing the credits - Looks JUST like Susan in this shot.

That said, I do believe this is smelling more real since the Iraqi/Coalition forces intel has gotten much better the past month, bagging guys right up to under Zarqawi's nose. He's just a real pain in the neck and they (Iraqi people) are fed up and want to move on. Like someone said yesterday, when victims get fed up enough to do something, then things change. (I wish Mexico would get this.)

You think they won't catch this clown ? Sometimes they just watch a bit to see his tactics before they move in on him.

There's a possibility that he might be captured at any moment

And there's a possibility that Earth could be struck by a mile-wide asteroid at any moment. There's a possibility that Lurch could sign the 180 at any moment. There's a possibility that Michael Moore could admit his documentaries are all fake at any moment.

When this is a certainty, not a possibility (as it always is), let me know.

Why can't these fools just shut-up; and wait until the deed is done. Am as annoyed by Drudge headlines; reporting or reminding us . ..that U.S. 'drone planes' are spying over Iraq.

With the MSM; who needs enemies?

Yes, I do think they're closer (really) now than in the prior two years and I understand the detailing the operations but I think the psychological blow/effect pouncing asap seems like it would be greater than waiting 'til he gets off another homicide bomber.

The report comes from the Guardian so it's probably guaranteed to be much like our vaunted network TV station See BS.
