"Let's see if Law & Order picks this up as a "ripped from the headlines" storyline."
Unless it's about a right-wing, racist gun-nut, they won't touch it!

That's ridiculous. She is way to pro-American to be on the staff at CU.

Law & Order already did a story on this.
The episode involved a white supremacist, who was in jail and ordered to have no contact with the outside world except for his defense attorney. The attorney "unwittingly" passed along the address of a guy to the white supremacist's associate, and the associate killed the guy. In the end, I think the attorney ends up going to jail.

The jury has been deliberating off-and-on over the past month in the case of Lynne Stewart, 65, a firebrand, left-wing activist known for representing radicals and revolutionaries in her 30 years on the New York legal scene. The jury deliberated 13 days in all.

I'm watching her on TV right now crying crocodile tears saying that she's a lawyer and shouldn't be treated this way and that you don't put lawyers in jail for representing their clients.
