2,700 people paid $40 a piece to see Limbaugh live. Proceeds from the event will go to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, a charity Limbaugh has supported since he went national in 1988.

Lets hear it for Rushbo

I paid $50 to see Rush a few years back...I've always admired Alex Lifeson.

...oh you mean THAT Rush!

Rush should play golf.

He needs a new career.

Hanoi Kerry has Rush running!

Rush won't even ask him, in 2005,
when he will sign Form 180.

Or why Hanoi Kerry is still in the US Senate.

Or when Hanoi Kerry will set the record straight
on his false testimony in April 71

That's one reason conservatives have nothing to fear from Hillary Clinton, he assured those on hand.

That's one area I have to disagree. Hillary knows what it takes to win and is willing to do it. Go to Church, moderate her views on abortion and gay marriage, be a military hawk, and a budget cutter. If Hillary ran as Hillary, Rush is right, she would have no chance. But Hillary will be running as a Bush-lite candidate.

"taking a few days off from his regular broadcast to play in the AT&T Pebble Beach National Pro-Am golf tournament."

Being able to play that course would be a big draw for a golfer.

America's top radio talker Rush Limbaugh was greeted like a rock star on Monday during an appearance in San Jose, California...

Newsmax, get your facts right. The appearance was last night, Tuesday.

Still, the GOP faces a major political problem that can no longer be ignored, he warned. "The Republicans' failure to understand the American people's building rage on illegal immigration" could give rise to a third party candidate, he said, who could tip the 2008 presidential race to the Democrats, much the same way Ross Perot's campaign did in 1992.

I hope the GOP is paying close attention to what Rush is saying about guest worker proposals. Rush has always done a good job of accurately reporting the mood of the Republican base.

Well.....let's see. These people pay $40 to see Rush and they expect him to get booed?

Lack of common sense as usual.

"The Republicans' failure to understand the American people's building rage on illegal immigration"

That is the issue which really irks Conservatives. However, I don't know a Conservative would cut off his nose to spite his face over that one. After all, NEITHER party has or will effectively address the illegal immigration matter and so nothing gets done. Except for Homeland Security issues, illegal immigration would not even have the attention is does now. I don't believe American Conservatives would switch votes to the Democrats, who embody EVERYTHING Conservatives oppose, just for a Liberal 'promise' to fix illegal immigration. NOT!! What? Throw the baby away with the bath water, just to spite who?????

Rush faithfully reminds Bush that he is missing the point on illegal immigrants. Hopefully the message will get through sooner rather than later!

>>>>Limbaugh also seemed to revise earlier criticism of Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger for not being conservative enough, telling the audience, "I was wrong."

Good move, Rush. Now maybe Hannity will see the error of his ways and get his head out of Arnold's liberal butthole!

Rush Greeted Like Rock Star

Can anyone say "Duh"?!?! They've sold tens of millions of records and have sold out countless concerts around the world, including the one I saw last summer in Virginia Beach, which was one of the greatest shows I've seen. Of course they should be treated like rock stars!
