"'Nightline's' Days May Be Numbered" Criminy -- Ted Koppel was doing Nightline when I was a young teenager, in the mid-1970s. All I can remember back then is that he looked like Alfred E. Newman, the goofy cartoon character of Mad Magazine.

LOL! You're right -- I used to see Mad in the drugstore back then -- Koppel does look just like him.

Criminy -- Ted Koppel was doing Nightline when I was a young teenager, in the mid-1970sUmmm.... 'Nightline' apparently came about during the Iran-hostage crisis. I think it was late 70's.
