Savage: Iraq blue fingerprint election was a mere "prop"

Michael Savage said tonight on his radio program that the Jan. 31st elections in Iraq were merely a fraud and a prop. Of all people I thought Savage would welcome democracy in the Middle East. But he seems to think that the Iraqis will install an Islamic fundamentalist state. I'd like to get some thoughts on this.

I like his spirit and some of his arguments.

But he's a business man, too. He often tries too hard to be a contrarian or simply controversial.

Case in point: He would rather they didn't have the election? Of course not, not truly.

These are my feelings too. I can only hope that the Iraqis remember that it was what was done to them in hopes that a more "secular" constitution is written which will provide some rights for everyone.

He's far from being a moron. But, he is not a Conservative. Neither is he a Liberal. He says he is a Nationalist. Maybe he means like Sun Yat Sen.

Mike Savage has talked like this before. IMO he is pointing out the dangerous waters that lie ahead as the vote is tabulated and the new government evolves. There is real danger that the Iranian Shi'ites will join with those from Iraq and form a radical Islamist government in Iraq; making the government there more like the government of Iran. ...not a pretty picture.

He also said she wasn't street smart as if she were some blue blood New Englander, not a southern black woman whose experiences a jerk like Savage has never known. Of course I heard him earlier this week ask why we should care if a bunch of bums in pajamas voted. I guess I shouldn't be much surprised by anything he says.

No, I was listening... he said the election was a fraud and a sham, and he called Allawi our little puppet, and he said no way would we allow a Shiite Theocracy, and that we would partition it into 5 parts within a year. He also said we would peddle little pieces of it off to the Syrians, the Jordanians, and the Iranians.

Savage is very shallow in his analysis, his shtick gets old quickly. I only listen to him by chance, if at all, he gets very grating after an hour or so.

yup......where are all those Savage lovers that were here last week extolling his virtues.........the man is getting crazier and crazier and I don't know why.....I crusade against anyone that throws out hate and invective regardless of which side of the aisle........he is doing way more harm than good for this party
