A Day in the Life of President Bush (photos): 2.4.05
Yahoo, White House | 02/04/05

Posted on 02/04/2005 3:09:55 PM PST by MJY1288

This morning President Bush participated in a discussion about Social Security reform at the Qwest Center Omaha Arena in Omaha, Nebraska. This afternoon he held another discussion about Social Security in Little Rock, Arkansas at the Robinson Center Auditorium. Finally late this afternoon the President attended a third town hall style meeting at the Tampa Convention Center in Tampa Florida. At all three events President Bush was greeted by 10's of thousands of supporters, yet the mainstream media spends more time reporting about less than 2 dozen angry Democrats infected with the desease Liberalsim, than they spend on the Presidents message. We wont make that mistake here :-)

Looks more like he's crooning a song.

There was a magic in the air you just don't feel unless it's a live event. And yes, the pictures are a great momento! They're going to be fun scrapbook pages to put together. Pages for my book and each of the kids'.

The kids learned many lessons, in "real life"--we talked about the protesters, and how that was an American right and that in Iraq they would have been (in the past) dragged away and killed for doing that against Saddaam.

Learning those lessons in "real life" is much more vivid than just reading about them!

***Isn't it MAGICAL to be in the same room with him??***

YES!

I hope everyone here gets to have that experience! (and now I can count myself among the ones who have been blessed to have seen him in person!)

It certainly was. Dubya made it clear he has no intention of being a lame duck president.

I've seen the POTUS from about 15 yards away on the day He launched Enduring Freedom. He was speaking at the Nat'l Firemans Memorial near my home, I believe it was OCT. 20 th, 2001, I saw him one other time as he got off Marine One from about 300 yards away

I hope you are able to chill out this weekend!
I hope I can, too.

Work is always fun on Fridays, today no one wanted to work and I had to be the heavy and MAKE them get in gear!

Well thanks for the help :0)

I know during the campaign they had a calender on GWB.com and and you could find out where he was going, but they would tell you just maybe a few days before he went.

I'm sure that was for security. It must be a nightmare to be one of his security guys!

He just won't stay put for very long, will he?

I can't wait until Kevin is home! I can stop worrying quite so much.
HOWEVER I found out that a good friend of mine left today for a year over there--it's like I'm starting all over again! :-)
