The Dim lawyer said something to the effect during her arguments that if the petitioners prevailed in proving that Rossi actually won the election that the only remedy the court had was to declare Rossi as the governor because the court doesn't have the authority to order a revote. I don't know where we go with this.
THe court has the power to nullify the vote, and to vacate the seat.
The state has remedies for filling that seat in the mean time and that has nothing to do with judges.
