Can't believe this lawyer is claiming that the court can't order a re-vote and must either dismiss the petition or rule that Rossi won.

Claiming court must find that results would have been different. Claims Rossi must be declared winner or dismiss the petition.

Now, the Dem lawyer says that a revote is not an option for the judge. If he rules that there were illegal votes for Gregoire, then he has to declare Rossi governor.
