Judicial Watch, the public interest group that investigates and prosecutes government corruption, today asked Sen. John F. Kerry to keep his word to the American public and sign a Standard Form 180 (SF 180), Request Pertaining to Military Records. On Sunday, Jan. 30, 2005, during an appearance on the NBC News show Meet the Press, moderator Tim Russert asked Sen. Kerry (three times) if he would sign an SF 180 and release all of his military records. On the third attempt Sen. Kerry answered Mr. Russert plainly:
MR. RUSSERT: Would you sign Form 180?
SEN. KERRY: Yes, I will.

He'll FLIP-FLOP.
I think his acutal response to "will you release form 180" was"... "Sure, but I would say those making accusations should ALL also release them as well" or something like that.

What I am really curious about is whether there is any evidence of an Honorable Discharge in 1972 when Kerry's U.S. Naval Reserve duty ended, or if he was really granted such status during the Carter amnesty (and if so, was he being investigated for his meetings in Paris with North Vietnamese officials?).

What I want to know is why was Kerry delivering weapons to the Kymer Rouge communists in Cambodia. What form does he sign to release that information?
"SEN. KERRY: I still have the hat that he gave me, and I hope the guy would come out of the woodwork and say, Im the guy who went up with John Kerry. We delivered weapons to the Khmer Rouge on the coastline of Cambodia. We went out of Ha Tien, which is right in Vietnam. We went north up into the border. And I have some photographs of that, and thats what we did. So, you know, the two were jumbled together, but we were on the Cambodian border on Christmas Eve, absolutely."

SEN. KERRY: I'd be happy to put the records out. We put all the records out that I had been sent by the military. Then at the last moment, they sent some more stuff, which had some things that weren't even relevant to the record. So when we get--
I'm going to sit down with them and make sure that they are clear and I am clear as to what is in the record and what isn't in the record and we'll put it out. I have no problem with that.
MR. RUSSERT: Would you sign Form 180?
SEN. KERRY: But everything, Tim...
MR. RUSSERT: Would you sign Form 180?
SEN. KERRY: Yes, I will. But everything that we put in it, Tim--everything we put in--I mean, everything that was out was a full documentation of all of the medical records, all of the fitness reports. And I'd call on those who have challenged me, let's see their records. I want to see the records of each of those people who have put up a challenge, because some of them have some serious questions in them, and it hasn't been appropriate...
What's that supposed to mean?

He is hiding a "General," or "Less than Honorable discharge". Many have already figured that our. It isn't hard to get an original General discharge upgraded to an Honorable discharge. This is the Best Guess as to what sKerry did. He never denied doing this, so after discloser he will scream that he never lied.
sKerry, you are ONE BIG LYEING TRAITOR!!!!!!!

John O'Neill and President Bush already signed SD-180, and since neither made claims of trips to Cambodia on the orders of President Nixon before he was inaugurated, or claims of witnessing beheading and rapes in 4 months of combat, the burden is on his sorry ass! He's a liar and a traitor! The second he signs that form, will be the second he is revealed as the fraud and traitor that he truly is

I called Judicial Watch last summer and asked them to file papers to force Kerry to sign the 180. And I'm sure I'm not the only one to do so. I'm glad they're finally doing this, but it would have had more impact had they made this request during the election. What if Kerry would have won? God help us.
