OLYMPIA - The Washington State Patrol is keeping close watch over both Gov. Christine Gregoire and her Republican rival, Dino Rossi, after Gregoire received a death threat and emotions over the contested election continue to run high.

Gregoire told reporters Thursday she received a death threat and that she plans to keep a lid on publicizing her movements outside the heavily guarded Capitol and Governor's Mansion.

Rossi has around-the-clock protection.

But (according to Fraudoire) it's all on account of "Talk Show Radios"!

When is the court hearing the election challenge (heck, as long as the courts have waited, it is virtually certain they will find in favor of Gregoire just in terms of time).

She said blamed "the level of discussion on some of these talk radio shows" for whipping up people.

Oh gag me. As if any talk show hosts encouraged people to threaten Gregoire.

I have been so busy lately painting and putting up closet doors that I have been out of the loop. Anyway I just received a call from the Republican Party for a donation. I asked the lady if she knew when the next court date was and she said; "You know I don't know." Then she said; "But I did hear there is going to be some BIG ANNOUNCEMENT TOMORROW. So keep listening for it. She also said they now have 1000 illegal votes found.

Was the call today? Does SoundPolitics have any ideas about announcements?

We keep hearing about "big announcements" that don't seem to pan out.

And by now, it is totally obvious that the number of fraudulent/ineligible/(OUTRIGHT DEMOCRATIC FRAUDULENT) votes far exceed the 129.

Gregoire is not the governor of Washington. And the democratic legislature BROKE THE LAW when they certified her, with all the evidence of illegal votes that were in hand even then.

"Was the call today?"

The call was just about a half hour ago. Another Freeper says the court hearing is tomorrow so maybe the BIG ANNOUNCEMENT will be after that. Lets hope it is good news.

Well, if I were a communist who had just subverted half a dozen of America's most cherished principles, committed naked voter voter fraud, and stolen a statewide election to 'win' the state's highest office, I would want 24x365 coverage too.

The commies haven't forgotten about wales - a case that will never be 'solved.'

What hacks me the most about all this is the media was all kinda gloomy at first over a Rossi win. Then, as the recounts progressed, and progressed, and progressed, and progressed, you could see their moods changing.

Finally, when Gregoire got sworn in, they were all so damn smirky/smiley you'd a thought the whole damn bunch had won the lottery or something.

Only lately, as they realized the vote miscounts/errors story has any legs have they finally taken up the gauntlet.

They shoulda been on this like flies on doo since the very first moment any illegal votes were found.

They SHIRKED THEIR RESPONSIBILITY AND LET THEIR OWN POLITICS GET IN THE WAY!!!

Apparently tomorrow should be interesting. I was listening to the political news reporter, Essex Porter, of KIRO news say something about new developments tomorrow.

What gives Mr. Carlson the idea that the judge will rule for a new re-vote? Did someone from the court house snitch the ruling before the judge's verdict? I'm sorry if I sound skeptical, but LIBERAL courts and Judges rarely rule in favor of the pubs. The judge will most likely let the last recount stand...sigh! Still I wish the pubs in WA luck!
