Giving Ted Kennedy the finger

GIVING TED KENNEDY THE FINGER.

INK UP FOR DEMOCRACY! I started my day today by taking an ink pad and inking up my index finger to celebrate yesterday's successful elections in Iraq. I wanted to show my appreciation to the Iraqis who braved bombs and bullets to cast their ballots. I also wanted something to remind my co-workers and others who DIDN'T support Bush's Iraq policy that I am part of a group from which they are excluded. The Iraqi elections were a great victory for the Iraqis, a big victory for Bush's war on terror strategy, and a small victory for those of us who support the president.

But the election was also an ignominious defeat for those who oppose the war or have been urging us to cut and run. Every ink-darkened finger is a sign of their defeat. If they have any sense of shame (a dubious proposition), they feel that shane today. I hope I can add to that shame in some small way.

QUOTE OF THE DAY: "The Iraq elections are Teddy Kennedy's Vietnam."--John Podhoretz.

Cheers for the courageous Iraqi people. Ted Kennedy should be cowering in shame for his recent comments about U.S. troops in Iraq.

PURPLE FINGERS HERE AT HOME [Ramesh Ponnuru] I understand that some Republicans are thinking of having ink-stained fingers tonight as a gesture of solidarity with the Iraqis. I admire the intention, but I suspect it will come across the wrong way. It's not as though Republican congressmen have taken the risks that the Iraqi voters have. Liberal commentators and Democratic politicians will probably accuse the Republicans of trying to borrow some of those voters' moral authority. Is that a debate Republicans really want to waste time on?

I wonder if sKerry would like to go on Iraqi TV and explain to them why "It's the wrong war, at the wrong place, at the wrong time."

Hmmm John,,,know what time it is?

Even if Teddy were to ink up his entire Java the Hut-like body he cannot atone for the damage he could have caused by his utter lack of respect for our troops and their Commander in Chief.

Yes. TK and his kind are political dinosaurs. Their philosophy should remain in the last century.

Ted Kennedy should be cowering in shame for his recent comments about U.S. troops in Iraq.

It'll never happen, he has no shame.

You can't shame, dishonor, or humiliate someone who has no shame, honor, or humility.

'You can't shame, dishonor, or humiliate someone who has no shame, honor, or humility.'

Perhaps not, but you can refuse to vote for the scumbag.

I believe I've asked this question before on these auspicious boards, but I'll try again: Why on earth would the good people of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts continue to elect this piece of human excrement to the SOTUS?

The world may never know.

Well, to signify our solidarity with the Iraqis but not belittle their efforts, let's move it over 1 finger and show that one to the Democrats.

Maybe because they're stupid?

Well, I find it hard to believe that 51% of the registered voters there are THAT stupid.

I guess it could be true though.

A Ted Kennedy Site is being banned on Wikipedia.org. If you are good with computers, or already a Wikipedia member, please go to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Talk:Ted_Kennedy#Is_this_a_vote.3F and add your comment to keep the link to fatboy.cc It seems that Wikipedia has lots of sore looser democrats as editors. They refuse to keep up a link to fatboy.cc Your input will make a difference. Thanks!
