JON STEWART MAY IMPLODE? [Tim Graham] Jon Stewart, late in the Daily Show last night to Newsweek pundit Fareed Zakaria: "I’ve watched this thing unfold from the start and here’s the great fear that I have: What if Bush, the president, ours, has been right about this all along? I feel like my world view will not sustain itself and I may, and again I don’t know if I can physically do this, implode. (Hat tip: David Frum).

Even when he's not funny, some of the other guys are. I like the bald guy (can I say "bald" or do I have to say folically imchallenged?) with the little tuft of hair and the guy with glasses. The blond chick can be funny too but the bald guy is the funniest, IMO.

Having that O'Roark/Dennis Miller type awakening is a wonderful thing Jon. Once you have it you start making sense again. But don't stop the Tucker-bashing. Ever.

Jon Stewrant is suffering from a lack of conservative material to make fun of as he refuses to take any significant shots at Liberals.

He admitted to voting for Kerry and bristled when a guest called him a Liberal.

He knows he has little purpose, since the election is over.

Too bad, he has so much to make fun of with the Libs (but he and his Masters won't allow that).

Think of a flushing toilet with Comedy Central's The Daily Show circling faster & faster.

"What if Bush, the president, ours, has been right about this all along?"

I would like to think that any loyal American would be GLAD to know our President, George W. Bush, WAS RIGHT to invade Iraq and spread the hope of freedom right in the middle east! What if he were wrong? If Bush is wrong, all of our guys & gals who have been killed would have died in vain. Would that make Jon happier? Bush won the election, the Iraqi's got to vote and all the libs can do is ask "What if?" There is no "if". Once again, the liberals are on the wrong side of history.

i remember reading a George Will essay a couple weeks back in which he says something to the tune of: "The nice thing about being a pessimist is that you're usually right and happy to be wrong."

This may apply to Jon Stewart, who I've admired for being civil to his guests whether he agrees with them or not. And caling Tucker Carlson a dick on national tv.

Who gives a crap what he thinks!

The fairly substantial MTV Rock the Voters.

He was their hope for salvation.....ooops, that didn't work.

The left keeps desperately trying to "move the goal post" on President Bush's many achievements. The problem is, is that the President keeps surpassing them all.

Who is Jon Stewart?

A lousy freeper troll who's been stringing the DU'er along for years now, it seems.

Obviously, a Karl Rove mole, hand picked for the job the minute that other guy went to the networks.

Hey Yawn if your lurking, here's a free joke:

When asked about the Iraqi elections and people dancing in the streets, Michael Moore responded, "what about Haliburtan?"
