Frozen human waste from jet crashes onto car Driver upset because no-one wants to pay for damage, glob removal

It came from the friendly skies, and caused quite a bit of damage.
Frozen waste from a jet’s toilet smashed onto a woman’s car last week, crushing part of the roof and shattering the windshield.
A Massachusetts woman says no one is willing to help her pay for the repairs, or take responsibility.
Nina Gambone says federal aviation officials determined the chunk of frozen debris came from a jet’s lavatory. But, a spokesman says they can’t do anything unless it can identify the airline responsible.
Gambone says she called her fire department in Leominster, which says they can’t remove the glob because it is classified as hazardous waste.
The only good news is the woman and her 13-year-old son had just left the car before it was hit.
Prove which airline dropped the crap on your car and get them to pay for it. Short of that, file an insurance claim.
She should sue the TSA/ sarc
$hit flows down hill.....and not only that, it happens.
I bet an entreprising lawyer could figure out flight plans, etc and sue a few airlines for her....

On second thought, she should be glad that ELEPHANTS DON'T FLY!
Here's an idea.
Determine what time the Sh!t barrage took place, this should be easy enough as I'm sure it made one hell of a racket.
Talk to Logan ATC and determine which aircraft were over her area at that time.
Question maintenance crews that took care of those jets upon landing and see which one didn't have anything in the toilet.
Doesn't seem as if this would be difficult at all.
And needs to. But what is the liklihood that this is from an airline as opposed to a private check. frozen waste could kill somebody. I would think the airlines would have regulations against dumping over populated areas.

Same thing happened to Joe Dirt. And he ended up with that cute girlfriend when it was all over.
Leominster is on the western approach to Logan (runways 9A/9B). There is a regular precession of flights, probably spaced about one minute apart at peak, she'd have to have an awfully accurate timestamp. There was some speculation that it was a foreign carrier based on the color (blue vs. clear) of the liquid.
Maybe all the airlines should set up a SLUSH fund for times like this...

Make each airline put chemical tags in their sanitation systems. That way all you have to do is analyze the crapcomet and see what airline it came from.
