Michael R. Schiavo has rejected all offers because he has all of the cards -- the FL "judicial" system -- on his side. All he has to do is wait it all out, as he has been doing, with some impatience on his part. People in FL do not understand that their judiciary is a runaway one, and the governor has not made an issue of the runaway judiciary there. Why bother with "tort reform" when you have judges carrying out "civil" executions!

From a few recent accounts of court room give and take regarding Terri's fight to live vs Felos' determination to kill her, I noted a strange interaction going on in the words Felos used when speaking to Greer...at least strange to me...it appears or appeared to me that Felos actually guides Greer's decisions, procedural and otherwise, by overtly suggesting what he (greer) might do, ie what the next step should be.

It's as if Greer NEEDS Felos to tell him how to act. As if there is some kind of really sick symbiotic relationship or something going on there.

The petition explicitly states that the undersigned are all citizens of Florida, acitivists for the disabled, etc. and is worded in such a way as to suggest that every signatory is all of the things listed. As such, I'm not eligible to sign, and nor are many other people.

Isn't that great? And freeps get mention - a first for someone from Terri's Fight. I guess they realize FR is also are pushing some mighty big rocks up that hill for them.

I had to reinstall everything on my p.c. It's working better without the ebay toolbar, etc. If I keep my toolbar simple, maybe I won't crash as much and my stuff will load faster. I sure hope so.

I recall Greer and Felos playing a game of get Gibbs at the last hearing. They tried to mess with him at the beginning of the hearing. They looked foolish and Gibbs then pummeled Greer with the truth.

Guess the petition starters will have to revise the Petition before it gets delivered. It just started today. There's time to add more names. I prefer phone calls if I want to make a point to the people I voted for who are NOT EXACTLY ACTING LIKE REPUBLICANS.
