More and more good folks are finding out about Terri and that judicial tyranny would take her life, but for lots and lots of prayer and non-stop lobbying of relatives, friends, clergy, our leaders, the media, a passerby, a cashier - ANYONE who you feel comfortable chatting with.
Folks always want to know how can this be in America or on earth for that matter? Unfortunately, this is really happening to an innocent woman who just celebrated her 41st birthday. She's not the only one but she's the one with devoted parents and siblings who knows what's in Terri's heart. Terri has a strong will to live. That's apparent. It's been 14 years.
Besides, feeding tubes have been around practically since the Civil War. They are not high tech devices. Terri is "not hooked up to machines". Her feeding tube is the diameter of a piece of spaghetti.
Talkin' about Terri is the best way to lobby for her. It is a salespitch to save her life and subsequently, many lives. If you've never sold anything in your life, START NOW. START WITH TERRI.

The most significant event in Terri's case in January, was the Supreme's Courts refusal to hear Governor Jeb Bush's appeal, after the Florida State Legislature struck down Terri's Law. This once again places Terri's life in extreme jeopardy, though there are other issues regarding her case before the court.
well, in that case let me say that I think that Judge Greer is corrupt. I believe he ought to be investigated for the way he has mishandled the Terri Schiavo case. I think if he was investigated, he would be charged with malfeasance. I think he has acted with malice towards all but Michael Schiavo and Felos. I think that because I have read his rulings. I think Judge Greer is a disgrace and he should be stripped from his robes. He is not the honorable Judge Greer...he is the malevolent Judge Greer. Greer is going to rule by fax tomorrow! Add coward to his name!

Wanted to say I haven't been here like I've wanted to but I've been here in spirit. I can't post at work but I've been checking the thread and keeping my students up to date. I was thrilled to see family services had finally gotten involved. Way back when, I said like so many here, they should have been from the first. Yes, emailing and phoning and praying and spreading the word about Terri. Thanks to all who have supported her.
Well praying is #1 IMO.
It's important to talk with folks about this because they're being fed the same old AP reports over and over. I'm disgusted with the local news.
Scoop1 is a real reporter. TEJ has done a lot to expose and educate everyone about Terri and her situation.

Fr. Frank Pavone is on EWTN right now (7:25pm EST) talking about Terri during his Mass homily. He's amazing. He said that no one has to follow a law that violates human rights. He urged civil disobedience. He said many people are keeping quiet about Terri Schiavo instead of speaking out against the possible execution of an innocent human.
He is amazing!

Talk Show Phil Hendry even talked about Terri and he did not make fun of her. He has a satirical show that I don't listen to but I heard Terri's name. In the fake show a fake caller said they contacted all the tv stations to quit showing Terri smiling like she won the lottery because she is supposed to be in a coma. So, even Phil Hendry will get more people interested in Terri. He was making fun of Felos imo, who continues to say that Terri's unconscious which is an out and out lie.
I CERTAINLY HOPE that the Dept. of Children & Family Services with STATE TROOPERS will be at Hospice Woodside to RESCUE TERRI FROM AN IMMORAL, ILLEGAL DEATH tomorrow afternoon. If I don't see DCF or State Troopers there tomorrow afternoon, I will really be disappointed.

EWTN ON NOW: Terri Schiavo is now on ewtn on the Life on The Rock Show. "little tube feeds her". Now they are showing Terri with her mom. Starvation and dehydration is incredibly painful. Big thing, pray. Pray for her life, parents are crying out for the whole world to pray for her.
Cardinal Martino, "If Mr. Schiavo succeeds in legally in causing the death of his wife, this not only would be tragic in itself but would be a grave step torward the approval of euthanasia in the United States.... the Pontifical Academy of Life says... no one can be the artibiter of life except God himself." All life is precious as Governor Bush said so eloquently. In this case, she's not even unconscious. It's just totally chilling that we are at this stage. Food and water is not medicine. That's just what we give people, all people. It's not extraordinary means. There aren't machines making her breathe or making her heart beat. Her parents walk into the room and there's a clear light that comes upon her, an aura of understanding that is there. LIFE IS BEYOND JUST WHAT YOU ARE DOING. THE LORD GIVES US LIFE. WE ARE STEWARDS.
