More and more good folks are finding out about Terri and that judicial tyranny would take her life, but for lots and lots of prayer and non-stop lobbying of relatives, friends, clergy, our leaders, the media, a passerby, a cashier - ANYONE who you feel comfortable chatting with.
Folks always want to know how can this be in America or on earth for that matter? Unfortunately, this is really happening to an innocent woman who just celebrated her 41st birthday. She's not the only one but she's the one with devoted parents and siblings who knows what's in Terri's heart. Terri has a strong will to live. That's apparent. It's been 14 years.
Besides, feeding tubes have been around practically since the Civil War. They are not high tech devices. Terri is "not hooked up to machines". Her feeding tube is the diameter of a piece of spaghetti.
Talkin' about Terri is the best way to lobby for her. It is a salespitch to save her life and subsequently, many lives. If you've never sold anything in your life, START NOW. START WITH TERRI.

AGAIN WE HAVE A NEW RECORD: 15,103 views on the tote board for the Terri Schindler Schiavo January Daily Thread!
The most significant event in Terri's case in January, was the Supreme's Courts refusal to hear Governor Jeb Bush's appeal, after the Florida State Legislature struck down Terri's Law. This once again places Terri's life in extreme jeopardy, though there are other issues regarding her case before the court.

That's how I read Speaker Bense. If it is not ironclad, the aclu and hino's attorney will try to ram a hummer through any new legislation in addition to declaring that it's "not applicable to Terri." Felos has already said as much. He just wants to starve Terri to death and living is not applicable for Terri in this death franchiser's sinister world.
I hope Bense and the House of Reps don't drag thier feet on passing the bill.
While DCF is investigation, Terri can't be killed, right? So no matter what Judge Greer orders, Terri is safe, right?
Now that DCF has a brand new case file, they may file an injunction against Greer's faxed order tomorrow. I don't know how it works. DCF has never been on Terri's side in this way before. Glad they appear to be doing their job now to protect her from abuse of any kind.

Judge Set To Starve Terri Schiavo To Death
Dear ( ),
Terri Schiavo's life hangs in the balance. Your actions could help prevent her from being starved to death.
Sixth Judicial Circuit Judge George Greer has put a temporary stay on his order to pull the tube on Terri and let her die a slow, agonizing death by starvation. Here is the short version of what's happening.
In 1990, Terri suffered a serious brain injury. In a 2000 trial Terri's husband asked for the feeding tube to be removed. He had abandoned their marriage long ago by living with another woman and having two children with her. He has claimed hundreds of thousands of dollars from disability insurance.
According to Tony Perkins at Family Research Council, her husband pocketed the money and let Terri live without the medical attention he had promised to provide.
Terri's parents want to take care of her, but her husband wants her to die. The court has sided with the husband. Terri's parents have renounced any settlement claims and are willing to care for their daughter at their own expense. The judge has refused to grant their request.
In Florida, starving an animal is a criminal offense but starving a disabled woman is not.
Please ask Judge Greer not to punish an innocent, disabled woman by starving her to death.
