Well, of course I thought of that as a possiblity, and askd that question. For what its worth, the aids claimed the representative really didn't know. You can infer from that whatever you want. I am sure some of them know and some of them don't. I suggest you tell them about it just in case.

So Greer will issue his ruling by fax so as to avoid, having the pants embarassed off him like happened Wed. by DCF showing up in court.

Gotta be thankful that something is happening and they can't hide things and lie like they have been.

Does anyone know if they will have to give full rein to DCF to look at any and all documents in Terri's case. Items that have been sealed previously? I obviously don't know a lot about this kind of thing.

Local dcf are friends of the judges. BUT, the DCF in Tallahassee are probably not interested in cozying up to good old boy greer.

That's why he wouldn't let her approach the bench yesterday. a. They may bust him. b. He dislikes women (imo) DCF's attorney is a woman.
