Go here for two interesting pieces of video taken by the military's DVIDS (Digital Video Imagery Distribution System) on Election Day. Video of people walking to the polls, voting and interviews with Iraqi voters.
This is a great site with print stories, images and video taken by soldiers in Iraq.
I just want to mention that people may want to bookmark the site and return to it tomorrow or another time because if we all try to view it now it will probably be really slow or unviewable. I'm not sure how much bandwidth they have. I viewed it earlier and it was fine but too many people at once may overload the server.
Good idea...
I got about 1/3 way through the first video, was getting good, then slowwwwwwwwed down...
**** return to view ****
bump for later!
I plodded thru most of this. Will check it out later again cause it was slow now.
These homemade videos are even BETTER than the media's. You feel like you are really there. And you get the feel of how close the Iraqis are with our military.Well,it is just a miracle andwonderful to watch. I am so proud of our military!
Those are kind of difficult to watch....without the FoxNews Alert banner sprawled across the bottom 1/3 of the screen covering up part of the video. lol.
[Great video; history in the making.]
Thanks for posting.

We are continually adding new content with many exceptional pieces throughout. The video and images are shot by mobile public affairs units in the field and the stream of information is steady. I would suggest going to dvids main page (http://www.dvidshub.net/) and clicking the links under the Iraqi flag on the left for election coverage.
Always,
