Camera lost at the W2 Ball (I am SO sorry about this Vanity!)
Posted on 01/31/2005 3:59:11 PM PST by P-Chan Penny
I attended the W2 Ball and unfortunately left my camera. I was wondering if anyone found a Minolta "box" camera. I don't really care about the camera, but I had some really adorable photos of my one year old daughter in it. If you found a camera, or even if you sympathize, please post here.
Thank you!!!

I did not find it, but I am still waiting for the hotel to let me know what happened to several boxes (of decorations, CDs, pajamas and other things) that I left in the ballroom. I'll ask Kristinn to make a few phone calls (again).

Go across the border to Canada. They will be happy to sell them to you although the price is high.

If you can get a picture (from the internet) of your lost camera, fax it to the Washington Plaza at this number 202 371-9602 along with a note for a small reward. Ask them to post it in an employee area and one to the caterer service personnel. That might get you a response. Good Luck. I still treasure the bubble bath photos of my babies too.

You can go to Jamaica and smoke all you want. I once stayed at the Jamaica Grande Hotel in Ocho Rios (it's all-inclusive) and they have a cigar store on the premises. They have all the regular brands you'd expect but they also have Cubans.

I'm sorry you misplaced your camera. I always keep my camera with the strap around my neck or if it's an instamatic, I keep the leash around my wrist. I hope you get it back.
