"GW is going to speak at one pm."
Thanks. I'll know to turn on my TV then. (I'd have it on now,but I don't have cable in this room. Hopefully it will be on a network.

And may the families of those who lost loved ones find some comfort in seeing the joy of the Iraqis tasting freedom.

Ah, a taped interview. I didn't see that. Well you didn't miss anything. It was a sound-bite, just long enough for Kerry to spout his usual "we need to get the world involved" b.s. Nothing we haven't heard before. (BTW, Kerry looked terrible--hee-hee)

That neck brace Kennedy wore...no shame, no remorse, just save my large behind. What a loser.

We need to use that form of voting.....dipping your finger in ink. That sure would stop a lot of voter fraud.
Verify your legal right to vote....them put the fingerprint down to seal the deal.

It was predictable that the leftwingers are deeply saddened by the huge turnout in the Iraqi election

But...but, that would be violating our civil liberties not to have our hand stained. (Sarcasm off)

While we share the joy and happiness with Iraqis, you can bet that Iran, Syria, and Saudi Arabia are shaking in their shoes at the success of their neighbor. No doubt, they must be wailing and tossing dust into the air while lamenting their future.
Will Iraq become the economic and democratic superpower of the middle east? I am glad Israel holds that title, but Iraq might be 2nd in time.

I love what Chris Wallace said as he SLAPPED Juanito Williams down..."SUCCESS HAS A THOUSAND FATHERS" HA!! LOL! They're shameless.

Gee, and I thought all Muslims were terrorists. This is a great day for America, and hopefully it will wake many up to the fact that the great majority of Muslims want peace. Even though today is a wonderful day in Iraq, what most muslims want and what the religion will allow are two totally separate things, and there in lays the problem.
You do not need hatred to study the religion and see continual problems for any type of Iraqi democracy because of islam in the future. Islam in its truest form and democracy do not mix. Islam is not only a religion it is also a form of government.

Hopefully the success of this election and Democracy will cause other Middle East nations to decide they want it too, and overthrow their leaders.
