Hellory's comments about outsourcing America or immigration in the latter sentence? My guess is BOTH!
I agree
Incredible, isn't it? Federal judges who sell us out to the enemy and their advocates. Does anyone know if our President has the power to remove them from their bench and replace them with competent judges who will rule to protect America and Americans?
Thanks.
That's a long translation.
Thank you Cindy and all. Radiation starts March 4.
Thanks for your prayers.
Yep.
IMO, he should be able to when a judge clearly demonstrates such a lack of interest in this countries war on terror.

I really could not have said it any better.
U.S. to ban cigarette lighters on all flights
WASHINGTON Airline passengers are going to have to leave their cigarette lighters at home, under a policy announced Monday by the Transportation Security Administration.
The ban, which takes effect April 14, will also prohibit lighters inside checked baggage. Passengers will still be allowed to carry matches at least for now.
The ban is not an attack on smokers, said Yolanda Clark, a spokeswoman for the agency. This is a serious security measure that is intended to reduce security vulnerabilities.
The ban is required under a provision of the intelligence overhaul bill that Congress passed late last year. It was motivated by the case of the so-called shoe bomber, Richard C. Reid, who tried to light an improvised explosive device while on a plane to the United States from Paris in December 2001.
The FBI is said to have concluded that if Reid had had a lighter, instead of matches, the bomb probably would have been set off.
Passengers who arrive at an airport security screening point after April 14 with lighters will have to surrender them if they want to fly, Clark said. If a passenger intentionally tries to hide a lighter, he might be fined, she said.
UPDATED: 6:51 pm EST February 28, 2005 WILSON, N.C. -- Authorities made a major bust involving stolen baby formula in the eastern part of the state. Now, investigators are tracking the cash, trying to determine if profits went to any terror groups.
When undercover police targeted a Wilson convenience store, they said they entered a complicated world of buying and selling stolen goods. They accuse the owner, Tony Hassan, of selling them counterfeit Viagra and taking the bait when they offered to sell him supposedly stolen baby formula.
Police said Hassan sold the formula to Abdelaziz Agoujdad in Suffolk, Va. Over time, the men bought 1,000 cases worth $250,000, investigators said. Both men face federal charges, but now the money is what federal investigators are interested in tracking...
Big-rig Stolen While Parked in Mtn. View (Mountain View, CA - 2/28/05)
DRIVER SAYS VEHICLE DISAPPEARED OVERNIGHT
Stealing a tractor and its 53-foot trailer isn't your typical car theft. Mountain View police are trying to figure out how it happened over the weekend.
The driver of the truck had parked the vehicle near the intersection of Fairchild Drive and National Avenue about 9:30 p.m. Friday night. When he returned to pick it up Saturday, it was gone. ``It's not a crime we frequently see in the city of Mountain View,'' police spokesman Josef Kachman said Sunday. The trailer is 53 feet long, but otherwise nondescript, Kachman said.
The tractor, a 1998 Freightliner, says ``Fox'' on the doors, but it's not clear what type of business it's referring to, he said.
Kachman declined to disclose the trailer's contents, citing the an ongoing investigation.
1 Million Passports Missing (UK - 2/28/05)
NEARLY one MILLION British passports have been stolen or lost in the past six years....
Many are used by crime gangs to smuggle people into the UK. Human trafficking syndicates pay up to £10,000 a passport. More than 300,000 British passports went missing last year alone a staggering 840 a day and five times as many as in 1999.
Grand Central Terminal Shuttle Derails, Injuring 4 (NY - 2/28/05)
February 28, 2005, 5:09 PM EST NEW YORK -- A subway shuttle pulling in to Grand Central Terminal derailed early Monday, injuring four people and limiting rush hour service....
OTOH, it could be an indicator of a weakening of the OBL organization in it's ability to strike unilaterally inside our borders due to a lot of direct pressure being brought to bear on him in his hiding places by both Pakistan and US forces. Since OBL can't direct a strike he's outsourcing it to an AQ affiliate in Iraq. That's IMHO another gamble because Zarqawi himself may be on the dodge and in danger of being taken.
We are all pulling for you...
I agree. IIRC we are missing a tanker truck in NJ from last year. Another tanker truck in New Hampshire from last year. Probably a few more that I could have forgotten. And now this one. They should have included the license # in the article.
Thanks all4one for the links.
Yes, they should have included the license # in the article, I can't believe they left that out.
I might have missed it, but I don't remember hearing that any of the missing rigs were ever found? And now this one hauling who know's what?
I don't recall the recovery of these trucks. It seems that some of the trucks, like this recent one, could be targeted for their cargo. And the failure to disclose that info., is indeed, unsettling.
I agree
Workers Arrested in Using Fake Cards to Get Explosives License (LA, TX - 2/24/05 - ILLEGAL IMMIGRANT WORKERS!!!)
Federal authorities searching for illegal aliens in LA
A multiagency investigation has resulted in more than 70 indictments against employees of a Texas seismology company, including indictments for undocumented Mexican immigrants suspected of using fake Social Security numbers to apply for explosive licenses, State Police announced Thursday.
The investigation began about a month ago when members of the State Police Explosives Control Unit noticed that several applications for blaster of explosives licenses contained either stolen or fictitious Social Security numbers, State Police officials said.
Seven of the suspects have since been arrested, three in Baton Rouge, three near Dallas and one in Houston, Dugas said.
It all boils down to the fact that we have laws on the books that we do not enforce including laws for immigration, treason and civil disobedience. From the looks of it we are fearful of implementing the laws due to the outcry of liberals and PC bullies. Just because Clinton was "engaged" doing other things, doesn't mean his lapses connotate future acceptance by the present administration of inaction on these issues.
