"This is our first (voting) experience. Naturally people are confused," said polling station manager Abdullah Ahmed. "We are not used to it. They don't even know how to put the ballot papers in the boxes." B-but how can that be? The lamestream press went on and on about how Saddam Hussein had 100% turnout and 100% of the vote back in his 'election.'

A walk-in homocide bomber has to get past barricades and other security obstacles before reaching his target. You can't pack as much explosive on a body as you can in a car and the effect is much more limited.

FNC had a report just a moment ago that mentioned about 25,000 voters so far in southern Iraq and many more that expected in the Khurdish regions. No solid word about the Sunni areas yet but the indications are positive.
how much time is left for Iraqis to vote

Al-Reuters and friends just managed to murder a couple more Iraqi policemen in a suicide attack...

Three jihadis who won't get the chance to repeat their grisly work. Once dead, they stay dead.

"One of he interesting comments hours ago on Fox was an Arab reporter who was saying his colleagues were impressed...and that this is going to carry to other Arab countries..."
Let us hope it carries loud and far. I believe it will.

Because if he's driving he'll not get near his target - he'll get intercepted for driving first.

A walk-in homocide bomber has to get past barricades and other security obstacles before reaching his target. You can't pack as much explosive on a body as you can in a car and the effect is much more limited Exactly. No normal people are driving about -- only a terrorist would be driving around. One terrorist among a thousand normal people driving their cars is likely to be missed. A terrorist driving the only car on the road will be spotted and eliminated very quickly, before he can do any damage. This has forced the terrorists to use less efficient means of mayhem. The ban on driving cars on election day was a brilliant move.

Is this a test to see if a suicide bomber can escape being searched when dressed in this manner? Who and what is that? I have not noticed any other Iraqi dressed like that. Is that an Iraqi?

Does anyone else notice that the stupid Democrats missed a golden opportunity to take the lead in all of this? To compare it to pool, they had an open table and they all took a low percentage shot.
