MSNBC just had Jim Maceda in Ramadi. He was going on and on about the fact that 30 minutes into the voting, only 1 civilian had voted so far in Ramadi (the other voters were all Iraqi Security Forces). He then, with an appropriately dour yet somehow gloating expression, intoned "ONE voter, in a city with 250,00 eligible voters. I think that speaks a million words. Back to you."
