Does Ted Kennedy Have Alzheimer’s?

You might think I am joking but there really can not be many other reasons for what is coming out of his mouth. The man is just doing to much damage to his own party for this to be a well thought out attack on Bush. His rhetoric is so unbelievable that especially in context with the history of his family; he should know better.

When he calls Iraq a quagmire he is of course relating it to Vietnam which is ironic because his brother did have a quagmire on his hands in Vietnam. It was created more by the likes of liberal politics than lack of military capability. The liberals are trying to do to Iraq as they did to Vietnam, they want us to abandon other people’s chance at long term freedom, they just want us to run.

Did people like Ted Kennedy and Barbara Boxer free any body from tyranny? Have their treaties and tea parties every resolved the end of the horrible leaders this world has produced? No! Horrible men have killed millions and millions of people and Ted would never be on the front line to stop it, instead he belches high octane steam through is blow hole spouting ridiculous lie after lie. He must believe his lies have legs but they have not since he swam away from Mary Joe.

It is time for Ted to go, his normal thought process is spent!

Comr to think of it, Teddy was completely incoherent even in some of the clips I've seen from back in the 60's and 70's.

Now he's both incoherent and a crazy old coot, in addition to being a seditious traitor.

No, he's just had too many Budweisers.

Now you've gone too far! Please do not elevate him to that level of sophistication. Besides that's my choice of easy drinking. I just have to go to Arizona to get real ones!

you are not mistaken about old Kennedy's recall. He was quite public with his vocal support of the Nazi's.

And then you have this~~"-In December 1952, Joe Kennedy called McCarthy and asked him to give his son Bobby a job on the committee. In January 1953, McCarthy named Bobby Kennedy assistant counsel. - Bobby appeared to be blind to McCarthy's demagoguery. "Joe McCarthy's methods may be a little rough," he told reporters, "but, after all, his goal is to expose Communists in government, and that's a worthy goal. So why are you reporters so critical of his methods?"

The Kennedy name should be included in the Webster definition of controversial.

I'd never heard of it, but when you posted it I checked it out. I thought I'd been redirected to Kennedy's web page.

Old Lardbutt is most probably suffering from alcoholic dementia and alcoholic psychosis.

Remember what Kennedy's definition of a hangover is?

"A hangover is having too much blood in the alcohol veins."

Didn't he pay someone to take a college exam for him?

I laughed when I read on his biography page that listed for his career, there was the word "lawyer."

Vietnam was a quagmire because the libs ran it and injected politics into the war. It all turned to shit for them. that is their resume in war

Senator Kennedy is just a sick old man.....If I remember correctly Senator Goldwater went off the reservation about 10 or 15 years ago...even started demonizing republicans in his geezerly rants. Kennedy IMHO, is slowly losing any rationality and honor that he has left. The incident that left Ms. Kopeckne dead is beginning to surface more and more lately, and his old demons of women, wine and song are beginning to come back thru the alternative media.

The Kennedy family gained wealth and power thru crime and corruption and if Ted ever gained any integrety and honor on his own, his family history has to weigh heavily on his soul....for, as far as I know, he never in his life held a real job, produced anything or made any money on his own. He is a "kept" man....a consumer of goods and has never, and never will be a producer.

It's eating him alive...and the only response that he can come up with is to attack the country that allowed him to exist there.

You may be too young to remember and I can't find it at the moment but if I remember correctly he was involved in a cheating scandal while at collage and his grades were minimal.

drunk, bitter, failed jerk who'll say anything to get attention. Morally vacuous and incredibly selfish, perhaps psychologically disordered

permanently elected by a state that is also in decline

Nah! Its alcohol. My husbands uncle drank himself into permanent stupor and then he choked on a weenie one day at lunch. Surprise, no one has missed him.

It's obvious that the MSM will repeat the mantra that Iraq is a quagmire, until the people come to believe it. It will be like Vietnam all over again. I remember that era, and I believed what the media said in those days because I didn't know any better. Their strategy is evil but monstrously effective.

On my local ABC and NBC affiliates, they report only the bad news of Iraq, and it wears the people down.

The man is just doing to much damage to his own party for this to be a well thought out attack on Bush.

Easter bunny, we had a somewhat similiar conversation last September concering the now-infamous Rather 60 Minutes report.

People were wondering at first if there wasn't a hidden trap somewhere and CBS was luring us in. The reasoning was that the memos were so obviously faked, and the source, Bill Burkett, such an obvious loon, that even CBS couldn't possibly be that stupid! Nobody would have been dumb enough to run with those memos and even post all of them on their website for inspection. But yes, it turned that they were that liberal dumb!

Teddy, Mr. Liberal Blowfish himself, probably thinks he inflicted a mortal blow on the Republican Bush, and doesn't stop to think for a moment just how insane his comments come across to the American public. IOW, far-left wingers have blowed themselves up real good these last few months. They really are that stupid - and desperate.
