Any idea where these were taken? Alaska? North Pole? South Pole?

We Floridians don't miss this one bit. ;-)

I don't know. I got them this week in an email from my uncle, who probably got them from someone else along the way.

Here in California I love the snow, but only when I'm visiting Yosemite. :) It snows about once every ten years here where I live now, but if I go 15 miles due east of me there's lots of snow, though it's at 5,000 feet. :) And another 15 miles due east of that it's 10,000 feet and probably 10 feet of snow. It's going to be a big thaw this year!

We got a dusting of snow in Southern California also...

My front yard

Lake Arrowhead, Nov. 2004

This was before the 35 inches of rain we got in 5 days three weeks ago.
