While the media were abuzz over the release of the independent review panel report on CBS's "memogate" scandal, another CBS scandal was emerging.
Coinciding with the release of the CBS report was the release of the January cover story, "Tin Soldier," in the Columbia Journalism Review, strongly suggesting that 60 Minutes Wednesday used phony Al Qaeda videotapes in its 2002 segment "Heart of Darkness." Dan Rather narrated the segment.
The powerful Columbia Journalism Review (CJR) story was written by Mariah Blake. It follows and credits another exposé, "Operation Desert Fraud, by Stacy Sullivan in the New Yorker. Both stories say that a key CBS source was a criminal and a fraud.

This story needs to be given some legs. CBS still acting elite with mud on its face. They need to go down.
CBS is really not to be trusted reporting on any story, ever.

Again cBS is caught using information from a bad source, this time from a felon.
Not really bad news for SeeBS ... they know they lie, the CBS fans know they lie, but they serve a higher purpose, in liberal calculus, to assault the administration and denegrate the nation, so it is welcomed by too many Americans! Integrity is a difference skunk to liberals than that of healthy minds.
This story should be forwarded to all major news outlets. Fortunately there's a list of major news outlets in my user profile =^)

I passed it on to Drudge. I think it makes his day to put CBS/Old Media to shame.
At this point, wouldn't it be simpler to put CBS on the "hey here is a story that is true and accurate" list ? The benefits would be a shorter list, more newsworthy storys, etc.
Bad news for CBS's affiliates. Suckers.
