Kerry was the Anti Vietnam "Reg" that became a Hippie and enabled the Ted Kennedy agenda (and the North Vietnam's as well). He enabled them so well we left when we actually won and left people hanging.
John O'Neill didn't forget it, neither did 260 of his brothers.
In 1980, the U.S. Olympic Hockey team's coach Herb Brooks went in the locker room before the last game with Finland after beating the Russians and he said "if you blow this one you will take it to your F*&%!ng grave, your F*&*^%g grave" and walked out.
The U.S. one big time. The Swift Vets got that sentiment and are at an age were it didn't matter what the outcome it was ,about setting the story straight before you meet you maker.
Now hippy pukes like Meathead Rob Riener put there whole existence and gestalt in the 60's mentality. This was there last time to feel power that they felt they are entitled to before they get to old.
He is now bald, fat and probably has Hemorrhoid's, and the biggest pain in his ass is the fact GWB is at the helm for 4 more years.
What galls them "An Oakie From Muscogee" ergo the late 60's song, beat them, A huge win against the culture war they have been waging on this country for 40 years. Richard Nixon is smiling from heaven with shadenfrudel from the torment the likes of Meathead and Hillary are feeling. You and I can enjoy it for the next four years from the comfort of our living rooms.

I was just entering my teen years, and my mind wasn't square politically, what the heck I grew up In Massachusetts!
But it hit me when the flap post 9-11 about news anchors not wanting to wear the flag pins. I happen to catch a special on Nixon and it showed Halderman getting grilled by some old Fart Senator aggh I can't remember his name.
But Halderman had the flag lapel pin, it was there way of saying to the hippie type screw you. Then it hit me, the news anchors we have now are in a Vietnam era time warp and they couldn't bear wearing the pins because it brought back to Nixon and Watergate, God forbid they come across as a "Reg".
I have a very politically astute retired professor that I discuss politics with and when I mentioned the whole Halderman lapel pin/anchor man 9-11 scenario he said oh my, he remembered it all, and I nailed it.

Yes, this has to be the biggest pain for the 60s bomb-throwers, their stupid attacks on this country are still failing, the poor fools in fly-over country just don't see how marvelous it would be to turn socialist, like our betters want us to do.
Well, those aging, gray-ponytailed creeps don't have much time left to tear this country apart, maybe when they're in their rocking chairs they'll look back on their fruitless, wasted lives and see how pointless they've become.
