I never knew there was a Jesse Jackson wing of the republican party. Calling them racist is a knee-jerk reaction. True, one of them is a clansman, but I think they all just represent the anti-war crowd and Rice was part of the Iraq policy. I'm sure they voted against her because she is just a big of a hawk as President Bush. I'm sure that if Rumsfeld were up for Sec of State they'd have voted the same.

These people are not racists. The only racist in the group is Robert Byrd, a bonafide hater of Black folks!!! However, every single one of them are traitors to our country. And....IMHO they are all guilty of treason and should be treated accordingly. They are all enablers of our enemies, and are directly responsible for prolonging the rebuilding of Iraq and slowing the war on terror. Their actions and the actions of their political party are responsible for many needless American military deaths and injuries as they enbolden the enemy to fight on!!! The American people should rise in the majority and destroy this current Democrat Party at the polls.

Racists? Honestly. This is a case of party politics, pure and simple. This is about a hatred for GWB and everything he stands for.
