Doesn't surprise me. He has his daddy's old seat, Birch Bayh. Old Birch was as liberal as he could be. He was beat in 1980 by Dan Quayle. Too bad someone in Indiana cannot have a good run against Evan. Perhaps, Governor Mitch Daniels would be a good possibility. I found Bayh a surprise as well.
