Per Fox News, President Bush to hold Press Conference at 10 A.M.
I remember Terry Moran from his Court TV days. How I recall his admiration of deceitful defense attorney tactics, informing viewers that considering absurd scenarios equals "reasonable doubt". No surprise he turns out to be politically left.
President welcomes Fox's Carl Cameron to the White House press core..
I like how Fox's Carl Cameron just referred to one of the senators from Maine (can't remember if it was Collins or Snowe) as a senator from 'the other side.'
Neither Lugar or Bayh will be getting our votes....again...ever. Bayh votes with Hitlery 90% of the time and Lugar, for the life of me, can't stop attacking President Bush on Iraq. This will not stand in Indiana.
Smugness compensating for his numerous deficiencies as a reporter.
The president just asked if everyone was thrilled to have Carl there from FOX. :)
They'd treat Mother Theresa like a Nazi if it would make Dubya look bad for even 10 seconds.
Carl Cameron has a 14 year old. GWB asked him how old his child was to help illustrate his point about Social Security.
You're right, and Bush seems to me to be showing some impatient contempt to those in the press who've earned. I love it!
How President Bush can entertain fools with a straight face amazes me.
Bush cites Clinton re Social Security needing reform.
HA! Throwing Cinton's support of SS reform back at the press.
W now bringing the toon's statements into SS debate. LOL!!!
The President wants a "permanent" fix of SS (as does Bahbah), instead of those weenie, tax raising patchy fixes we've had shoved down our throats in the past.
By not only welcoming Carl, but using him as a reference point really elevates FOX to "favored one"....Bet it pisses off the rest of them. he he he!
I liked his crack about the conspicuous lack of enthusiasm among his (liberal) colleagues.
Gee, I wonder why that is.
LOL! Whats funny is he doesn't keep a straight face a lot of the time. I love his smirks.
Bush notes the scare tactics used to stymie reform.
Next question returns to inaugural address and incorporates Rice's testimony and how "we're" (the press corps) "confused".
Are other countries now on notice?
GWB: Foreign policy is not an either/or proposition.
I love it!
I pray you are right.
