World's Worst Weatherman [LOL!]

Check out this weather report.

Granted, it's a college TV station (OHIO). But I rather doubt Al Roper will see this guy as a threat.

"He lost his job when he thought it would be fun to broadcast the news drunk" -(poor paraphrasing, but I can't remember the actual quote)

That 70's Show!

Poor guy! I couldn't watch the whole thing because I was so embarassed for him.

Dittos. You can only dream that this would happen to B. Boxer or T. Kennedy...

OMIGAWD...he's either on drugs or needs some. The only thing worse than him is the guy or gal that gave him the job...

I actually found HIM more watchable than the two script-driven airheads serving as anchors. Sounds like he was thinking he would ad lib it, and it turned out to be harder than he thought. The girls acted like they were reading off of posters held four inches from their face.

Wow!

I didn't know weather to laugh or cry for this guy.

I felt really embarassed for him.

I don't think Mike Seidel has to worry about loosing his job to this guy.

Several years ago, I was watching the 11pm news on one of the local stations. The female anchor, who was fairly new, was trying to transition to the weatherman. It was expected to snow overnight and into the next day. I can't remember her exact quote, but it went something like this. "Well (insert name of weather guy) I see we have some snow on the way. It's been quite awhile since we had a good dump."

The weatherman couldn't contain his laughter. They went to commercial, but he was still hysterical after the break. No weather that night. I still laugh when I think of it. I love live TV.

They are probably straight “A” students. They have TV journalism’s empty headed idiot persona down pat.

I remember the year the San Antonio TX. weather men were to be honorary guests and ride in special cars in the biggest parade of the year. The Fiesta Parade. They had all predicted nice weather. As they passed by on the route we all booed, laughed and hooted in fun at them. It was raining and they all were holding umbrellas as they rode by in convertibles.

There was one similar to that on one of those "Funniest Live TV" shows. The female anchor tried to transition to the weather by making a comment about a predicted snow storm that never materialized. She Said, "So, Tom where's that 7 inches you promised me last night..." Needless to say the entire production broke down into fits of laughter.
