While FOX may be the largest news network [and has overtaken Turner's CNN], it's not the best, Turner said. He followed up by pointing out that Adolf Hitler got the most votes when he was elected to run Germany prior to WWII....So let's see - Fox News has the most viewers ("votes") and Hitler got the most votes, so that makes Fox News just like Hitler - but then, FDR also got the most votes, and JFK (maybe), and Reagan, and Chirac, and....- so does that mean Fox News is just like JFK, or is Chirac just like Reagan or.....only in America could such a dunce as Turner become so rich......

Turner: Coming from such a communist, wacked out, self important ass, that should end up quite the compliment for Fox.
Poor Turner isn't in the news anymore and just had to say something stupid to see his name there again.

Despite his wealth, he has basically lost everything: network, wife, stature, position on board, and team...someday it will all catch up with him LOL, sort of a Job in reverse.

Hanoi Jane and Ted, deserve each other.

This is so sad....has Turner gotten so depressed and ashamed of CNN's failure that he has resorted to this EXTREME name calling?? Good grief...what a joke this guy is!

Ted doesn't read. I'd suggest that he read Walter Laqueur's "The Terrible Secret", but there aren't any cartoons in it.
Which partisans argued for appeasement for Hitler in the 30s? It sure wasn't us cranky old conservatives.
Which partisans today excuse fascism in Africa, especially when imposed militarily by the French? It sure isn't us either.
Which partisans decide that other countries can live with lesser freedoms and financial benefits that these flatulent fops? Not us.
There really isn't much difference between fascism and communism. The nuances may be stated, but the outcomes are the same. Innocent people are arrested and killed for the party. Both target Jews, Catholics, Christians. Both control money and power. Both appeal to the same voter groups.
Ted can live in his little fantasy in which evil trolls live under a bridge and thwart his will. Ted can imagine that he is a force for good, when the outcome of his interference into the lives of those less fortunate is to make sure that the poor suffer more and never escape. It's like jail, but without an end to the sentence.

All you FReepers who are also Braves fans need to freep the Braves to get that repulsive name off the stadium,,, because a boycott is being organized against the Braves for having the name of a filthy atheist and piece of trash on the stadium.
Tell the Braves you wont sit in a stadium that is named after a scumbag and a Christian hater!

Great idea my friend, but I have long stopped going to that ballpark, mainly because of the Braves non-chalant attitude about always losing in the postseason and being satisfied with only winning division titles. Anyway, it's a great idea worth considering if anyone still goes to see the Braves.
To: jragan2001
The name of this stadium makes me sick to my stomach and the Braves management needs to know that the jerk who its named after is a curse on the team...
To: aspiring.hillbilly
couldn't agree more! How many ways can we spell desperate? Turner has flat out embarassed himself in so many ways by these absurd comments.
