"Million Dollar Baby" is a culture of death showpiece (Euthanasia IS good after all), so again, it's a natural oscar nominee. Think of The Cider House Rules.

The Aviator was directed by the great Martin Scorsese, who was ROBBED in 1980 for Raging Bull (Robert Redford won for the forgettable "Ordinary People") and in 1990 for Goodfellas (Great Direction, mediocre film. Nevertheless he deserved it more the KEVIN COSTNER for that piece of merde known as "Dances with Wolves").
