I got it from a special investigative report from a news station, (I think in CO). I have the entire 10 MB video and I'll load it up and give you the link when I'm done.

As for the laughing, I did edit it to repeat a few times, but the link I will send you has the original, unedited version of the entire report.

Thanks! But even without the editing, the multi-voter (who appears to be in jail at the time of his interview) does sound like the character in Bowfinger. I can't remember his name, but the laugh was identical. Too funny! Well, it would be funnier with 34 votes less, I guess.
