Wow, possible jail time. Now that's what I call persecution for the Lord's sake. Rejoice!

This was inevitable. Just didn't think it would be quite so soon.

Congratulations! You just hit six things on my growing list of how are freedoms are being stolen. Sweden today, America tomorrow.

• Mandatory motorcycle helmet laws

• Mandatory automobile seatbelt laws

• Mandatory boating lifejacket laws

• Increasing erosion of property rights

• Increasing regulation of alcohol consumption, tobacco use and firearms possession

• Virtual elimination of the right to self defense

• Denial of the right to carry a weapon for self defense

Hate crime laws that ridiculously imply that the murder of one human being is more heinous than the murder of another based on some politically motivated criteria

• Encroachment on the constitutional right to assembly

Increasing attempts to limit our constitutional right to free speech through hate speech laws that seek to dampen dissident opinions

Increasing restrictions on demonstrations of personal faith with a bias against Christians

• Increasing restrictions on hunting

• Increasing restrictions on fishing

• Increasing restrictions on the traditional use of fireworks

• Increasing restrictions on traditional methods of outdoor cooking

• Increasing restrictions on water rights and usage

• Increasing government incursion and attempts to regulate the possession of domestic animals which in all cases don’t happen to be ‘pets’

Unfair taxation to fund social practices abhorrent to most Americans

Government advocacy of socially deviant lifestyles

Government attempts to redefine millennia-old family relationships and bonds, i.e., gay marriage

• Affirmative action laws and policies that unjustly punish and deny opportunity to current generations based on the shortcomings of generations long past

• Ridiculous product liability judgments that seek to limit access and deny choice through judicial activism rather land legislative debate

I can't read Swedish; I wonder what the "hate speech" consisted of. Maybe they said homosexuality is a perversion, such as mentioned numerous times in the Bible...?

Translation of the article:

Charges against Christan site

The website "Bibeltemplet" (Temple of the bible)incites against homosexuals, says prosecutor Per-Olof Hermansson who now is in the process of bringing charges in the district court against those responsible for the website.

The prosecutor Per-Olof Hermansson believes that the Temple of the bibles guestbook contains threads/replies with threats and contempt against homosexuals.

- There are examples that crosses the line. It says for example that the sooner the fag meets his executioner, the fewer his sins will be, he explains.

- Those who administer the website have a responsibility to remove this kind of threads but have failed to do so.

In this regard the Temple of the bible has also broken the law on electronic bulletin boards, Hermansson believes.

- The administrator have also posted own threads/replies that shows contempt against homosexuals.

Waiting for the decision regarding the minister (Åke Green own remark)

Now Per-Olof Hermansson is watching the current Green-case. The Church Newspaper recently told about minister Åke Green who are the first to be convicted of unlawful defamation. The verdict is from the district court, now the Court of appeal is set to rule in the matter.

- It will form a precedent for similar cases.

The law on electronic bulletin boards have been tested in court but only on a small scale. But Per-Olof Hermansson expects a punishment for the administrator behind the Temple of the bible.

– My guess is a shorter jail sentence or fines.

The case is set to be heard by the district court of Stenungsund in April.

I wonder if this "prosecutor" is a poll smoker? You be the judge.

Sticks and stones can brake my bones but names will never hurt me. I guess that doesn't apply to the butt pirates and fur burger eating women in this world.
Boo-hoo.
