Fox reports the Supreme Court refusing to set aside lower court ruling - Paves the way for removal of life support for Terri Sciavo who has been sustained in this fashion for 15 years.

Supreme Court time. The FL Sup Court was spanked before, time to do it again and set a precedent. I'd also be nice to go back and find out exactly how Terri ended up in this condition in the first place...
