A CANADIAN Islamic group is vowing to prevent the adoption by Christian families of Muslim children orphaned in the tsunami disaster. "Canadian Muslims will not allow that the custody of Muslim orphan children to be given to Christian families or any non-Muslim families," reads a release issued yesterday by the Islamic Supreme Council of Canada.
The release goes on to say Christian missionaries are kidnapping Muslim children in Indonesia.
"It is now proven that the Christian missionaries do not help people on humanitarian grounds," the release states. "They help people in order to exploit their needs and convert them to Christianity."
Phone calls to the Islamic Supreme Council of Canada were not returned yesterday.
The release says ISCC president Syed Soharwardy has asked "all Muslim governments" to ensure Muslim children are raised Muslim.
"This is a time of test and if Muslim governments do not take care of these orphans, Allah will punish them in this world and the Hereafter," the release states, attributing the comments to Soharwardy, who is also the founder of Muslims Against Terrorism.
An AP wire story said established Christian charitable organizations usually do their work in Muslim countries under an agreement not to seek converts.
"We will chase down any Christian group that does anything beyond offering aid," Hasri Husan, the leader of a militant Muslim group that is operating a refugee camp in Indonesia, told AP before making a slashing motion across his throat.
The Christian group Strategic World Impact is setting up water filtration and other provisions at a refugee camp, but spokesman Ron Day denied they were "waving Bibles" in the area.
Well then I suppose the world should consult the Koran and get Islam's opinion of why there is zero gratitude shown by Muslims concerning the vast aid pouring into the regions afflicted by the tsunami.
Waving bibles....pretty serious infraction...requiring death threats?
Maybe the west should act more like the toleranant muslims:
Saudi Arabia - Conversion by a Muslim to another religion is punishable by death. Bibles are illegal. Churches are illegal.
Yemen - Bans proselytizing by non-Muslims and forbids conversions. The Government does not allow the building of new non-Muslim places of worship.
Kuwait - Registration and licensing of religious groups. Members of religions not sanctioned in the Koran may not build places of worship. Prohibits organized religious education for religions other than Islam.
Egypt - Islam is the official state religion and primary source of legislation. Accordingly, religious practices that conflict with Islamic law are prohibited. Muslims may face legal problems if they convert to another faith. Requires non-Muslims to obtain what is now a presidential decree to build a place of worship.
Algeria - The law prohibits public assembly for purposes of practicing a faith other than Islam. Non-Islamic proselytizing is illegal, and the Government restricts the importation of non-Islamic literature for distribution.
Jordan - Has the death penalty for any Muslim selling land to a Jew.
News like this reinforces my belief that Islam is EVIL.
Which will it be: brought up by muslims in hatred and murder, or brought up by Christians to be kind and loving.

Why aren't they all on junkets to Indonesia claiming their children? Because they have it easy in Canada, and don't give a rats a$$ about those children!!!!

Yeah, in Philly, it only gets 49 indictments and lengthly jail terms. Of course if you're acquitted, you'll only have financial ruin to contend with.
Isn't it interesting that to maintain a congreation of muslums they must resort to threat of death less any one stray. The muslum "leaders" therefore know what I know....that there would not be so many muslums if they had a choice to be something else....even a non-believer.

Your Muslim brethren all over the world have set before you a cornucopia of choices on how to kill and rule the infidels. Decisions, decisions.

So this is what bothers them the most? There have been stories of children being sold into the sex/slave trade and THIS is what gets their prayer rugs all twisted!!!???

Okay, fine by me.
Let's pull all of our Christian Relief Organizations out (and have all other non-Muslim groups do so as well) and just sit back and watch how generous the Muslim relief Organizations are!!
