Funny that Bill Clinton should think that. If the number of visitors to his Presidential library is any clue of his popularity, he could not be elected dog catcher. End of story!!!

I don't think Bubba is gonna make it that long.

He is looking unhealthy.

The only research that the "Former Occupant of the Oval Office, 1993-2001" does on ANY legal aspect of anything, is merely to spot loopholes. He does not apply the law in any other meaningful way.

If the "Former Occupant of the Oval Office, 1993-2001" does pursue the objective of setting aside the 22nd Amendment, there are, amazingly enough, a few "Republicans" (RINOs) out there who would go along with the idea. The Grand Old Party is still not sufficiently ideologicaly pure.

But one must keep in mind that the "Former Occupant of the Oval Office, 1993-2001" is no longer in that good of health. He is rapidly aging, and the heart surgery does not seem to have restored him by that much. Maybe 3-5 more years? Without the surgery, he would have been dead by the first of this year, and it may have been too late for good longterm prospects a year earlier than when the surgery was actually performed.

Well the left says G.W.'s first term wasn't even legitimate. So this could mean G.W. has two more elections to run. LOL

Umm..to Clinton. NO! America is over him. Only the Dems cannot let go. I will not alter the constitution to allow foreigners to be president, nor will I alter it so Clinton can delude himself with the thought he'd be elected again. We aren't running a rehabilitation clinic. he cannot have a third opportunity to repair the 'legacy' he left behind.

I will say in pure fantasy it could be amusing to picture another Clinton run. I have a strong feeling Hill and Bill would each run. Picture that primary.

I'd like to see an amendemnt to allow only 1 term of office for 6 years. Past presidents excluded.

Oh golly, you'll cast a deep, dark pall on DU.

There's a bunch over there that still doesn't understand why President-elect Kerry" wasn't inaugurated.

This is a yawner. Bill would not get elected again. Look at the power of the SVT and they didn't have much. A 527 to take out the Clinton politically would be so huge that anything Clinton tried to say would be drowned out by the cacophony of 527/media truth/hype/spin. IMO

Orrin Hatch needs to targeted for defeat. The guy is an outright moron and will no doubt go along with this.

The only reason the 22nd Amendment was passed was because of FDR. So repealing the thing would put us back to where we started.
I don't believe for a minute that Clinton could be elected again.

An amendment of this sort should not be allowed to take effect till 30 years after passage. Let the current crop of crooks vegetate for awhile.

If the DUmmies thought the last 2 elections were "stolen", Tten why would they set themselves up for Bush to steal it again in '08?
