I believe he was lost in the discussion. The point that went above his pointy head was that we didn't force Christianity on the Japanese.
It really is like shooting fish in a barrel "debating" these people.

Thanks for the great report, Doug. I always enjoy your posts.
As for the FReeper who almost did you in - don't worry - we've assigned him the task of deboning 100 pounds of fresh salmon as a way to make amends.
As for going to DC, the swearing in, and the FReeper Ball - I'm green with envy - wish I could have been there, too.
As for FReeping the protesters - WAY TO GO! - (how come you get to have all the fun - RIGHT living I presume)
As for you enduring balmy days of 85 degrees in Upland - gee, that's a little on the cool side for us Texans, but I wouldn't want you to suffer in that 'HOT' weather, so how about I arrange for a ticket to each of the NFL playoff games to be left at the gate for you. Of course you would have to pick them up yourself at gametime and if you hurry, you could just catch the next flight out & be there for the start. LOL
:^D

Thanks for the offer. Hockey is not my favorite sport. I was in your great state last year traveling from Uvalde to San Antonio all the way up to College Station. I visited my brother in Georgetown and saw the stinking LBJ library in liberal Austin and the great Bush Library in College Station.
