While there are essentially no disparities in general intelligence between the sexes, a UC Irvine study has found significant differences in brain areas where males and females manifest their intelligence. The study shows women having more white matter and men more gray matter related to intellectual skill, revealing that no single neuroanatomical structure determines general intelligence and that different types of brain designs are capable of producing equivalent intellectual performance. These findings suggest that human evolution has created two different types of brains designed for equally intelligent behavior

This has been in the news recently as the liberal press lambasts academic for actually saying the truth, women and men are not more or less intelligent than each other, just different. http://www.newsday.com/mynews/ny-usharv184118427jan18,0,1025366.story
Once again the press has to tell us we are different. All these years they tell us we are the same. I'm so confused.
The belief that women and men are equivalent is clearly counterintuitive.
My wife seems to know everything going on when I'm generally clueless.
That's why kids have to go to a nice insulated liberal college to be indoctrinated. As I mentioned in another thread. I've had college educated kids tell me that women are just as strong as men, too. I have a college degree so I'm not trying to claim they are useless. I'm simply pointing out that they are teaching kids some pretty nutty stuff for those tens of thousands of dollars parents spend on tuition these days.
White Matter: "I wish I could find shoes this color with a lower heel..."
Gray Matter: "How many millions in taxes were wasted on this worthless...."
Reaching back into my brain for college biology courses, I seem to remember that "white matter" is white because it is sheathed in myelin.
I seem to remember that "white matter" is white because it is sheathed in myelinAnd now that I'm thinking about it, Myelin is a a fatty substance.
"Honey, does my brain look fat?"
"Yes dear. You're a genius"
That's only in spring and summer. You wouldn't dare wear white myelin in fall or winter. That's how the wife explained it to me anyway.
