"There was nothing religious about it," he hastens to add. "This was purely a change of mind as a result of this fantastic technology, and the new insights and perceptions I had into the nature of the unborn child."
And some people dare called science and technology corrupt and evil...

It wasn't only the slogans put out by NARAL and NOW, the entertainment media was complicit in it, too. It began in the early 70's with the lead character, played by Bea Arthur, on the TV show "Maude" getting an abortion, and then other shows followed suit. If the characters didn't get abortions, they sure talked about it in favorable terms and portrayed anyone who disagreed as some religious lunatic.

When I look through history and see all the nations that have been brought down do to their own wickedness, I look at the US and tremble.
Come Lord Jesus, come quickly.

There is one big reaons why abortion was OK'd by the lawyers and judges.
Because they, men, did not want the responsibility of Ms. Jones and her baby in the morning.
Abortion was accepted as a means of birth control.
For some eggheads, that also means population control.
The biggest irony, second to our killing our own babies before God, is that the abortion "debate" has had the appearance of being about women choosing what they want to do.
When it was the men who made the laws up, in order to tidy up things at the office and elsewhere.

Too bad for the boomers when they get old that those 40 million taxpayers will not be there for their SS checks. If the surviving young decide to bump off the unwanted old, who can blame them?

"Why do doctors do abortions?" asks Anthony Levantino, M.D., an OBGYN who provided abortions for his patients in his Albany, N.Y., office for eight years. "Why did I do abortions? If you are pro-choice, or, as a lot of people like to say, 'morally neutral' on the subject, and you happen to be a gynecologist, then it's up to you to take the instruments in hand and actively perform abortions. It's part of your training. I've heard it many times from other obstetricians: Well, I'm not really pro-abortion, I'm pro-woman.' Dr. Levatino is a family friend. After becoming pro-life, he and his wife adopted the child of one of his patients. She had approached him for an abortion and they offered to adopt her child. He and his partners established a list of 'waiting couples' to adopt the unwanted children of their patients. Tony and Ceil now tour the country with their pro-life message. God bless them for their commitment to the pro-life cause!
