LONDON (AP) --
A British judge ruled Thursday that a libel case being brought by a television host who says she was groped by Californian Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger will go ahead.
Sean Walsh, a spokesman for Schwarzenegger, had attempted to have the case thrown out, claiming that allegations bought by television presenter Anna Richardson had no chance of succeeding if they reached court.
Richardson claims Schwarzenegger fondled her breast during an interview in London in 2000 and that his staff subsequently damaged her reputation as a professional interviewer by alleging she encouraged the behavior.
She alleges she was libeled by Schwarzenegger, Walsh and fellow spokeswoman Sheryl Main in an October 2003 article in the Los Angeles Times that also appeared on the Internet.

He was just trying to share his feelings.
Must be Conan forgot to step out of character.
How do you just start fondling someones breasts during an interview. This is bs. Either it never happened or , more likely, she was wanting it bad from the Terminator. This guy got so much p during this time, I doubt he would have forced his will on some bimbo during an interview. jmo
Do we have any pics of Ms. Richardson?
Hmmmmmmmm the grabinator!!! I'm confused, how does one just reach out and grab someone's breasts during an interview?
No, he really DID fondle me and those guys who were here and watched me hit on him and act slutty are LYING.
Now I have been seriously damaged because all the crew that witnessed this has ruined my reputation by telling the truth, er, I mean lie!
You've got a point.
Women that show everything in public have no right to claim being used. If you dont want to be noticed and be acted upon, wear those clothes at home for your man. Keep it out of public. Otherwise, you have no defense. You show it. We see it. Youre gonna get it. Period.
Better yet it was a TV interview, did he just start grabbing after the red light went out or do they have it on tape? (guess not or we would have seen it)
I guess Ahnold confused gropee for groupie; clearly a bad habit.
Lot's of Clintonesque defense of Arnold on this thread. It's pitiful.
So a woman wearing a tight T shirt has no defence against rape?
