Velvet Knights were rinky dink back then. I was at the Madison Midwest regional shows in 77 and 78. My family got to see me march. I lost my sleeping bag in Allentown that year. They bought me a new one. DCI finals were at Mile High Stadium in Denver those years. Maybe you saw us?
They also serve who only ...well, whatever.
Wonder if it was the Cavaliers from Rosemont, IL. My son marched with them for about 5 years .. he HATED having to age out ... Cavvies are an awesome all-male corps!!

Lovely photos, there is one picture I was hoping would be about but not found it yet, when the VP arrived on the platform prior to being sworn in he kissed Lynne. I cannot find a photo of it have you seen one?
