Dick Cheney looks happier at the fireworks tonight...He does, although I really don't think he was unhappy at that prior event. Photographs don't provide context. They are just a frozen moment in time.

Very true and unfortuntely he is one of those people who either look very happy and smiling or without a smile can look miserable or very thoughtful and probably a photo taken at that moment completely gives the wrong impression of how he is acting or feeling
