CONDI GETS 16-2 YEAS. GUESS WHO THE TWO NO'S WERE!
Posted on 01/19/2005 8:32:36 AM PST by Grendel9
It was pretty obvious that Kerry got Boxer to do his dirty work for him when questioning Condi. It wouldn't have looked too good for the MA Senator if HE had taken on Condi himself.

Ohhh Barbara, sorry, you'll have to ask Terayza for the gin soaked raisins my dear. Or Ted. By the way honey, did you comb your hair with a rock, or dress quickly in the cloak room? Mirrors have become quite the "must have" dressing accessory for civilized women don't you know.... ~~hehehehe

Tommy Framks is a good guy but doesn't have the verbal, mental and diplomatic finnesse that Condi does.True enough. Howewer, many would argue that GW doesn't either. I would certainly argue the mental capacity of both men with you, though. Franks could be groomed to do the job. I don't see this war ending any time soon, and I believe a Military Man can do the best job.

Yeah, but Dubya had a lot of experience a governor, in business, ect. Franks has been a General and lifelong military man. That's too narrow to me. I do really like Tommy, though. MAYBE for Condi's VP, at least SOD.

Yeah, well, her lack of an electable, experienced, rounded resume will prevent you from getting the chance to pull the lever for her.
And, this is the 21st century, not the 19th. Lincoln would not get his shot today either.

Jeez, cweese, these honking donkeys don't seem to be the least aware that they are making real asses out of themselves. Talk about a public spectacle!
To: wtc911
We shall see. Ping me in 2008 when I'm wrong. Condi's resume will then be: Bush (HW) advisor, NSA, SOS, VP....

You couldn't be more right. Without minorities, they lose a huge voting block.
The Dems for years have told the minorities how bad their lives are but they have done NOTHING to fix any of the problems. Perhaps someday, the minority communtities will begin to realize this.

Yes they are!!!

I am starting to think that many of these liberals are possibly racists. They always claim to be pro-minorities, but in reality, they are only for liberal minorities. I'm absolutely sure of it. In fact, where are all the minorities when it comes to heading up the Democratic National Committee? The Dems are more than happy to keep their constituency on the welfare plantation, because people in need will vote for people who give them the handouts.

Many of them are racists- I grew up in a town of Durbinized slimeball Democrats in Illinois and their idea of entertainment in the city was to run blacks out of it after 5 PM.

Cain, so very well said...once again. You are thoughtful and reasoned in your observations. I wish that I could see things as clearly, and then also have the ability to write so clearly
about them.
If nothing else, I hope that Americans grasp and think about your last lines:
"History will remember that it was a republican that appointed Thomas, Powell, and Rice. History will remember these facts."
Future Americans' realization of this just may, in turn, cause pause, in search of reasons as to why.

Italian, Your English is GREAT! My compliments to you on it, and MORE SO, on your great THOUGHTS. My daughter spreads the good word of Italy to her peers (as do I.) We as a nation are proud friends of Italy, also, as you have kindly said of us Americans.
VIVE PRESIDENTE BERLUSCONI!!! VIVE AMICI ITALIANO!!!
George Clooney and Teresa Heinz-Kerry have homes on Lake Como? Ugh. Do those people have to ruin EVERYTHING? I am so sorry about that, Italian.
