The poor confused dears. What they don't understand is, waitresses at Waffle House speak in code. Have breakfast at a WH a couple times and you can pick it up, IE a waffle, egg over easy and a side of bacon is: "Dip it, flip it and a side of skin."
Its easy to see how this could be misunderstood...
