Julian Bond, Jessie Jackson, Al Sharpton, Maxine Waters, Shelia J. Lee etc. are all racists who make their living off the backs of the less fortunate. Much like Castro not wanting to give up "his" revolution, these Black Americans would starve if they had to get a real job.

Actually, it is Bond who has it wrong. Bush and his administration are the very embodiment of what Dr. King was all about.

Black Americans who don't comprehend this need to do their own research on MLK and stop letting race-baiters like Bond and Jackson tell them what he was about.

That's the only way they will ever know what MLK's true legacy is.

Julian Bond probably did force Kwaisi Mfume out. Its clear he's the real voice in the National Association Of Colored Liberal People and he will keep it firmly on the leftward side of the Democratic Party - as its loyal stooge of course.

Finally! A liberal who acknowledges the existence of the Vast Right Wing Conspiracy. Bond doesn't know yet resistance is futile - in two days its going to dawn on him and the rest of the in-denial Left that's its going to be a very loooooooooooooong four years!

King's favor had fallen with the rise of the militants.

King's favor fell more because of Bobby Kennedy being out of power and cities getting wise to his extortion tactics than with the rise of militants.

Thus, his assassination become a rumor mill for the "more valuable to the cause dead than alive" conspiracy crowd.

I don't see how anybody with half a brain could take the habitually breathless rhetoric of Julian Bond seriously. It's quite a stretch from Bull Conner and George Wallace (both Democrats) to George Bush.

If some blacks feel the need to be continually perceived as "stupid" by everybody else, all they need do is follow the likes of Julian Bond and the other racists at the NAACP.

You are usually known by the company you keep. This particular company is enslaved by the Democrat Party and apparently likes being treated as IQ-challenged and bagged and tagged as complete fools.

"Bill Clinton lied about sex. George Bush lied about the war," Bond said. "When Clinton lied, no one died."

Tell it to the US Military, the Bosnians and the Tunisians, Wally.
