There is, though, a language that they understand, and it's one that you speak: The language of dollars. The dollars they make from your purchases, the dollars they make from your labor, and the dollars that flow into federal coffers when you pay your taxes. Your dollars are their power. The more of your dollars you give to them, the more power they have. Conversely, the more you keep for yourself, the more power you have. It's that simple.

Sorry, I couldn't resist. Finally reading about libs who for once hate paying taxes and believe in keeping their money in their own pocket. Such wisdom from a bunch of kooks! ;-)

They've always believed in "keeping their money in their own pocket." It's always been their mantra to force you to part with yours!

Ergo, that's why it's a proven fact that republicans on the hill tip better and why conservatives primarily, but republicans more generally, are FAR more generous in terms of charitable giving. Yet another proven fact!

Yet, having grown up in this country, you'd think that libs were the most generous people in the world. When it's on paper, and something that they've written, they are.

DNC Motto: "Moose, Rocco, help him find his checkbook!"

To clear up: They'll force you to give your money, and then take credit for it. It's truly unbelieveable!

They're hypocrites. They always want someone else to pay. They never do if they don't have to.

A friend of mine sent me this last year. It may have come from here to start with, if so I apologize in advance.

A Republican and a Democrat encounter a homeless person on the street. The Republican gives the homeless person his business card and tells him to come see him about a job. He then takes a twenty dollars out his pocket and gives it to the homeless person.

The Democrat is impressed, and when they happen up on another homeless person, he says it's his turn to help. He walks up to the homeless person and gives him directions to the welfare office. He then reaches into the Republican's pocket and takes out twenty dollars. He keeps $15 for
'administrative' expenses and gives the homeless person $5.

Now you understand the difference between Republicans and Democrats

Well, they are extremely generous... It's just that their generosity is with other peoples' money!
